Terms of Service — CodeLABGH

1. Services

CodeLABGH (operated by Joseph Twumasi, Accra, Ghana) provides web design, development, local SEO, lead generation, AI development, and digital marketing services to clients worldwide. All project work is governed by a separate project agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

2. Payments

Payment terms are set out in the project proposal. Work begins only after any agreed deposit is received. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all custom work created for the client transfers to the client. CodeLABGH retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required credentials. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Limitation of liability

CodeLABGH's total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
